This service includes all the amenities of an overnight stay. In addition, one of our staff members will provide round-the-clock care for both your pets and your home!
Cancellation Policy
We have a 7-day cancellation policy for pet sitting reservations that span holidays and a 3-day cancellation policy for all other pet sitting reservations. All cancellations made prior to policy requirements constitute a full refund. Cancellations made less than the time required of our policies may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made 0-24 hours prior to your scheduled departure are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
